Just 85 kms from Udaipur, Rana Kumbha constructed in the 15th century the most imposing fort known as Kumbhalgarh with 3 kms. of walls, over 25 feet thick, the second largest continuos wall in the world. Situated at 3500 ft. above sea level, it holds the distinction of being unconquered and the birth place of Maharana Pratap.
